Welcome to the Housing Authority of the City of Milwaukee's (HACM) Vendor Compliance Reporting System

The HACM Compliance Program is pleased to provide this web-based software system to streamline the compliance reporting process.

Our Vendor Compliance Reporting System offers consultants, contractors and subconsultants and subcontractors the following key benefits:

Automated email communication with contractors
Online verification of payments
Automated tracking of Section 3, M/WBE, and/or DBE contract goals and participation
One-click access to the City of Milwaukee's Section 3 certification directory
Certified Payroll Reporting online through LCPtracker eliminates paper reporting and streamlines the process for vendors and HACM staff
Contractors shall direct their efforts to award Section 3 covered contracts, to the greatest extent feasible, to Section 3 Business Concerns in the order of priority provided in 24 CFR 135.36
